A tus pies

  1. Autumn leaves are so beautiful when they are on the trees in all their colorful splendor, but just a problem to be cleaned up when they fall. On the other hand, if left to decay and return to the soil, they may bring new flowers in spring. It is all a matter of potential. Which brings me to Pope's quote. He thinks when there are too many words, they no longer have any meaning. I am not so sure. It would depend on the potential of the speaker or writer of those words. Certainly, I have read or listened to people who use many words and say nothing. Then there are others of such great skill who we never want to stop. Each word, each phrase, has the potential to generate new ideas and concepts. I guess my problem is mostly with those who speak in such absolute terms. Big Hugs ad Kisses.

    1. Probably he wants to express the sensation when you hear too much words, and they are empty of meaning. I agree with you, it depends on the speaker or writer... About the fallen leaves... I love them.
Lots of kisses, my dear Michael.
