What we call fate, is nothing more than the accumulation of the choices we make. Free will is everything. In a real sense, we are condemned to freedom, because so much depends on ourselves. I do not believe in fate, as that happening that was preordained, which is how most people see it. I agree with you about the human´s freedom to choose. But beside that, they are times that I think something is written, that some things happen because they have to happen. It´s complicated... But I believe in personal freedom, in the consequence of making a choise. These conversations are very refreshing to me. A big hug, dear Michael.
