A las barricadas

"Cualquier cosa a la que uno se resista persiste."
John Grinder

  1. I see the connection between the quote and the image, but I think there is an element of defeat in the quote. Things we resist try to persist, but we must persist in our resistance. John Grinder had so much to say which I found odd. He took a Neuro-Linguistic view of life which was not based on true human emotion, but on the perception of language. For me, life is about resistance and struggle. I even taught a class with that title. Very often, in life, resistance must be carried to the bitter end. Big Hugs and Kisses Dear Friend.

    1. I know what you mean, and I share your vision of life about resistance and struggle. I think that Grinder means to say that if we don´t try to understand the things that happen to us, and we persist to resist without reason, that things could turn into immovable. It´s more intelligent to try to understand, and then, we can choose to change or to resist, but with all consequences.
Lots of kisses, dear Michael. I´m happy you are there.
